Canine Nutrition Seminar in Wakefield |
|
Hello group,
I am a new member, but recognize many familiar faces here <waves to Candice and Jill> I wanted to let you know I am hosting another all day nutrition seminar on July 8, this time near Wakefield, about 45 minutes from Ottawa at the Rupert COmmunity Centre. All the details and registration forms are availbale on my site www.thepossiblecanine.com - should be a fun day, lots of information, and a great setting in the country. I'm hoping to schedule an Ottawa day later this year if interest is strong, focusing on herbs and supplements instead of diet. But I'm jumping ahead. Anyone interested in the seminar feel free to email me at catlane@thepossiblecanine.com - and thanks for this great forum. I have a small yahoogroup called OttawaDogs as well as my larger group The PossibleCanine - will make sure I let the group know that this forum exists.
Hope all your dogs are well and that none of them have been affected by the recall. As if dogs don't face enough in the way of health issues without this! I hope to make home prepared diet much less overwhelming and safer for people, but it's so sad that commercial foods simply cannot be trusted, after how far we've come in the past decade with premium quality brands.
On a brighter note, cooking is fun! It's the wash-up that sucks, if only dogs had thumbs.
Cheeers group - hope to see some of you July 8.

The Possible Canine and Cat Lane |
|
Hello Cat,
I am pleased you found your way here.
For those who are not aware of Cat and her extensive knowledge of canine nutrition, Cat has an impressive list of credentials and experience in assembling tailored diets for healthy dogs and dogs with health issues. One of her most notable supporters is none other than Dr. Eddie Beltran, one of the best holistic veterinarians I have yet to meet.
I attended one of Cat's seminar quite recently and was awed by her extensive knowledge and understanding about the nutritional needs of dogs. Her seminars are well worth the time and effort. I highly recommend her seminars and her consulting services. She also has canine home-cooking courses available.
You can check out The Possible Canine forum at http://pets.groups.yahoo.com/group/ThePossibleCanine/ or Cat's website at http://www.thepossiblecanine.com/. She truly is remarkable.
