Ottawa's URBAN dog photog

For two years I have been capturing a pet's personality. It all started when I lost a great friend with a great personality named Lucky. She was a great collie cross and I think of her often!

With 10 years of newspaper photography under my belt, I decided to use my skills to capture a dog's personality on "film". What has resulted is an incredible business of photographing dogs for people who want to remember that special look, half lipper, torn up toy or just a great moment between the two of them. When you see these moments captured, it brings you back to a great time or feeling. It's my way of honoring these great furry friends that give us so much.

I book photo sessions throughout the year and I can be reached through my web site.

Cheers!

Suzanne - you have such a magical talent. The photographs you took of my Rupert will be cherished forever. The book you created from your amazing photos brings tears of joy to my eyes every time I look at it. The way you captured his spirit in that fun, playful and honest manner is breathtaking! The photos and book are my most prized possessions.
I highly recommend Suzanne to anyone with a special pet! Her work is unbeatable and priceless!

I use Suzanne's photos on many of my dog biscuit packages (The Barking Biscuit Company). I love her photos...they just pop with emotion and the personalities of the dogs. What I love about Sue's photos is that they're not "studio shots"...they capture the uniqueness of each dog and tell a story.

Suzanne is an extremely talented photographer who captures the soul of her subject, whether it is human or animal. Everytime I see one of her photo compilations in one of her now famous Coffee Table Book, I am simply in awe of her ability to grab that look, that sparkle, that nuisance, that moment in time that will never occur again.

I hope to get her to capture the essence of M&M, the Irish Brats, very soon.

Suzanne photographed our dogs. Her photos show their personalities. I was browsing through the CD and I kept saying THAT IS SO HIM !!!!

We went on a walk through the woods and she photographed them doing the things they love best (playing ball, carrying sticks). Seeing their goofy, happy faces makes me smile. I had an 11 x 14 of each dog printed for my office.

I just wanted to add that the Barking Biscuit website has Indiana's adorable face (photo by Sue Bird) on their home page. Laughing
